We loved the helpful and friendly owner and staff, the stunning views, the daily transfers to the national park, the delicious breakfast, and the convenient translation device!

The location of the hotel is amazing, with a stunning view of the National Park. the staff, despite a language barrier, were incredibly friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. the food served in the hotel was fantastic, with lots of tasty options to choose from.

Although the hotel offered great value for money, we were disappointed that the breakfast was only Chinese with no specialty dishes available. the hotel lacked some amenities that we expected for the price we paid.

The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to the National Park. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in nature and enjoy breathtaking views right from our room's balcony. The staff provided excellent service, offering room service and car hire, and ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to the park entrance. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We were also pleasantly surprised to find free Wi-Fi in the rooms, ensuring we could stay connected during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They provided free transportation to the entrance of a national park, and even helped us with our luggage transfer. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks an excellent restaurant option, with some dishes disappointing and breakfast needing improvement.

The hotel was quite far from the city center and it was difficult to find transportation. the rooms were not as clean as we would have liked them to be.
